Makes excellent hot chocolate (250g, 500g).

Make up your sauce in advance and you can offer your customers a richer or a less sweet drink depending on preference.

Most hot chocolate powders skimp on the actual cocoa, so anyone who likes their hot chocolate to taste chocolaty has to get lots of extra sugar as well. Our pure cocoa powder is Belgian processed and packed full of flavor. Consumers can whip it into hot milk on the hob while caterers generally use it to make up a chocolate sauce at the beginning of the day with sugar. It is then served like a latte with hot milk added to a “shot” of the sauce.

A blend of Latin American arabicas is lighter roasted for this, our milder espresso blend. This will yield a sweeter milder espresso and a light latte. Some customers choose a single origin bean from our general list to achieve this outcome. Most choose Colombian, Honduras or Mexican.

Espresso No 3 Blend Organic FairtradeFrom: £5.65

The same beans as in Espresso 2 but more strongly roasted. This blend will make a strong espresso and a strong latte.

Our shop is located in the heart of London's Portobello Road market. We sell hot drinks, snacks, toasted sandwiches, smoothies and what we are famous for: freshly roasted coffee beans. We roast in our factory a couple of miles away in Wembley and rush the coffee down to the shop twice weekly.
