On a medium-strong roast this Bolivian coffee has full generous flavours so works for strong cafetiere medium latte or cappuccino, filter and a medium to strong espresso. It has many qualities which are quite similar to Nicaraguan.

Bolivian coffee is known for its classic clean taste and fruity notes such as tangerine and apricot. Caramels also develop at the end of the roast.

Growing Altitude – 1,400 – 1,600 above sea level

Milling process – Washed and then sun dried

Harvest Period – July – November

Aroma – Herbal, Dark Chocolate tones.

A full Indonesian body permits a stronger roast without the normal thinner result. This is the same Sumatra Mandheling available in the medium-strong section but unground in 250g valve packs.

Our shop is located in the heart of London's Portobello Road market. We sell hot drinks, snacks, toasted sandwiches, smoothies and what we are famous for: freshly roasted coffee beans. We roast in our factory a couple of miles away in Wembley and rush the coffee down to the shop twice weekly.
