Make hot chocolate using cocoa powder
Drinking chocolate is mostly suger and dried milk. Instead, you can use our cocoa powder, making a paste with the milk, add sugar to taste and then mix in the hot milk. In this way you can make your hot chocolate more chocolatey and less sweet. For real luxury, grate in some fondant chocolate. Caterers: you can save money and have happier customers like this - make up a sauce at the beginning of the day.
